Problems with Conflict on TTN device

My name is Telmo Fernandes and I am a Professor at the Politechnics of Leiria.

My students have been using Cayenne to show information of TTN LoRAWAN devices through the TTN integration. But now, some of my students have conflict error when they try do register their devices. It seems some device with the same MAC address has already been registered.

Can you please help me?

only one device can be registered at a time to the cayenne dashboard. If you are using the same DevEUI to add the device to multiple accounts then you will get the conflict error.
The error can also occur when you delete the device from the dashboard and try to add it soon after, this occurs because caching issue. You can wait for some time and retry adding it.,
