Unable to receive data to cayenne from TTN

I have added device to Cayenne from TTN but unable to view data .

the payload received for this DevEUI is not of cayenne LPP format hence it is discarded.
which device are you using?

It is Dragino LSN 50. I am able to add device now. But only for 2 devices, data is received and for other 2 devices it is not updated.
A840410001818850 and A840410001818849.

Hi all,

Iā€™m developing a new device and I would like to adopt Cayenne LPP payload structure. Iā€™m using TTN network server, added integration for myDevices and follow Cayenne LPP guidelines for payload structure. Indeed on TTN I correctly visualize my temperatures data.

Unfortunately on myDevices dashboard I cannot see the data.

Can anybody help on this? My DevEUI is 343137327436630E

the payload received is payload":"A2cBEQ== which is correct, but i can see you have added the devEUI as 34:31:37:32:74:36:63:0e why are there : present ? can you delete and re-add without : and add the device as cayennelpp.

Thank you very much. I removed ā€œ:ā€ from DevEUI and now everything works.
