Hi, i just bought a anduino wifi sheild but somehow i got this message with the example sketch in the serial monitor:
The network connection is fine but i cannot connect the board to Cayenne somehow. Please help me !

The only time I really see this is when a router is blocking outbound traffic.
You can use @rob’s test using Putty to verify independently if this is the case.
