Android App issue

I have an issue with the App on my S7
App opens but will not display any data. Cant login/Logout
Constantly spinning circle

Have uninstalled/reinstalled/cleared cache etc!

Anyone else had this?

Click community link and i can view messages but cant login to post

Ah, that’s a bug with the single sign on. If you go to cayenne.mydevices.com and log in there then log in here it will work. Not really sure what to say about the android app though. @bestes @rsiegel any ideas?

Ok yup that fixed accessing community via the app but still nothing in app

Still cant use app
Seems like its stuck in limbo and not assoc with any account. No login/logout option. Wont present signin screen

Apologies that this never got a followup response. Can I ask if you’re able to see your account data in the Android app now? If not I’ll help get to the bottom of this.

I gave up looking – but it looks like the up has updated and my data is back after many months of not being visible on the phone
