Actuators not working after update

I just updated my cayenne agent to 2.0 last night, and also my android app, after not using it for a couple months.
I installed the new agent on a fresh install of raspbian stretch. Then i checked my dash board. My pi is online but actuators or any other connected sensors are not working.
What could be the problem?

can you share the screenshot of the dashboard and what happens when you click on the actuator button.

I just tested with a simple led about 5 minutes ago and it worked. I it was my first connection that was bad. Thanks for assisting.
