All values are one decimal off

I´m using a Lobaro LoRaWAN GPS Tracker sending data to The Things Network. I´m using the Cayenne LPP payload format. The data is correctly received at the TTN.

Payload: 0067000D0103011A0288075AEA02866F005CBC030105
2020-01-09 23_55_56-The Things Network Console
In Cayenne all values are displayed one decimal off:
temperatur = 10.30, correct would be 1.03
GPS = 169.74116,424.6921, correct would be 16.974116,42.46921
Any idea how to correct this?
