API base URL missing in API documentation

Cayenne Docs does not mention anywhere what the base URL for the API is. All calls are described with relative URL, which is fine, but the base URL must be prepended before anyone can use the API.

I believe the base URL is https://platform.mydevices.com/v1.1/

I have added a webhook integration in the TTN console and the default webhook is https://lora.mydevices.com/v1/networks/ttn with the path /uplink.
but it does not work.

there is no base url documented :frowning:

Base URL is will be generated once you the add the cayenne webhook integeration.

The URL was generated, but no data appears in cayenne.

can you private message me your DevEUi

on your cayenne device dashboard, can you check the network on top right corner? Is it TTN or some other?
You need to remove and re-add the device if the network is other than TTN. While adding a device, first select the network first and then search for the device.

It works now with another device. The first device has problems connecting to TTN so it is not a problem of cayenne. Thank you very much for caring!

Hello, I am having similar problem. how did you solve your problem @Martin3000 .
I have tried two different devices, R711 and R809 but uplink data is not coming to Cayenne from TTN. I have used custom webhook and can see the data on webhook. Some how data is not coming to Cayenne from TTN? Please help.
