Bug Filed on 04-26-2016: Can´t access dashboard

What dashboard are you using? (Web, iOS, Android)

both web and android


What OS? (Jessie, Wheezy)

windows 10 on the web dashbaord and lollipop 5.1 on android

Please describe the bug / issue. Attaching any relevant screenshots would be very helpful!

i started the process every step passed with success but it got stuck on the rebooting PI even after the Pi was rebooted by the whole process

here is a screenshot of where i am, for about 30 minutes, what shall i do?

Weird…Jessie or Wheezy on the Pi? And are you on a corporate network?

yes I am, that’s probably why, later on i will try at home

My guess is corporate network blocking agent communication to our cloud. That’s what any installer issues have been in past at least. We’re looking into switching ports so this doesn’t happen. Sorry about this. Keep us updated if it works all good at home!

Resolving this as issue was likely with corporate network.
