Bug Filed on 06-20-2016: GPIO Not Access

web as well as android

What OS? (Jessie, Wheezy)

What Model Pi?
model B+ 512MB Ram

Please describe the bug / issue. Attaching any relevant screenshots would be very helpful!
Currently I set new device (Relay) in both web as well as android.
Once i press on light on GPIO is not accessing and only process round is start at icon.
GPIO as well as icon is not give response properly.
This is made for Home Automation response to GPIO is almost not there if it is there it will take too much time to turn on and off the GPIO pin.

Welcome to the Cayenne community!

Are you on WiFi? Have you also doubled check you wiring? Perhaps it would help to add an LED and use the GPIO to turn it on / off…this way we know the GPIO is functioning as expected and we can narrow issue down to the relay.
