Can´t add some devices

I am using Actility to send data to Mydevices.com web dashboard.

The Adeunis Field test device I can add. As soon as I fill in the DevEUI the green “add device” becomes clickable.

If I try the same with almost any other sensor, fx Elsys ELT-1, the “add device” button never gets available.

Anyone knows why?

Update…Solved it myself. Had to fill in address…
