Cayenne IOS app dashboard update TTN LoRa data

Hello everyone,

I have question about the IOS app for Cayenne.
If I leave the app (without closing it) to do some other things, when I go back to the app I notice the sensor data isn’t updated even while I know that TTN pushed a new value to Cayenne.

The sensor data is updated if close the app and restart it. The data also will be updated if I ‘stay’ in the app and come across the refresh moment of TTN while i’m still looking to the dashboard.

Is this a common thing? Or can I refresh the dashboard some way?

this issue are seen by users and it is advised not to keep the app in background. you will have to restart if it is in background.
