Trouble refreshing device channels from Lorawan TTN

Hello good day
I am testing the Cayenne panel and I have a problem that occurs very often.
When I make changes to the payload that a lorawan device sends, through TTN, the Cayenne dashboard is not updated.
The indicators are doubled again and the same indicator appears more than once.
This is not even solved by removing the device and recreating it, I just tried to do that and now the devices do not show any parameters.
What I can be doing wrong? Or is this a known bug in the free version?
