Hi,
I’m using the Dragino LoRa shield and in TTN this device is running well. Data is sent to my gateway and to the TTN. But when I try to add that device DevEUI in Cayenne, I get a red box around the DevEUI number without an error message.
I’m not using LPP but have my own function decoder build.
what am I doing wrong…?
can you share a screenshot of the error you are getting? You can PM me if you don’t want to share the DevEUI publically.
I have uploaded the screenshot. As you can see there is a red box around the DevEUI
can you remove the spaces in between.

The default is Cayenne LPP, but I build my own decoder. How can I set Cayenne in a way that it uses my decoder? Or have I open a new treat for that question…
