want to build hardware for remote monitoring but want to interface sensor and put the data on the cloud via GSM data coz don have Wi-Fi facility there.
suggest something for this.

You need something like this: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoGSMShield
This is not yet supported by the Cayenne, but you can write your logic for using the Shield in the device, and then connect to the Cayenne using MQTT and monitor/trigger
