Device does not connect

Hi,

I’ve tried to connect my device to Cayenne multiple times and it never loaded up with any automatic widgets, nor did the data show up on the data tab. When I’ve deleted the device off of my dashboard, I’ve been able to add it directly again, but this time I got a “Conflict” error.

Is there any way to check what might be wrong?

wait for some time and try again. It may be a cache issue.

Yeah it’s working again, but I still can’t see the data on Cayenne.

which device are you using. can you share a screenshot of the device dashboard.
