No data showing for one of my devices

So i currently have four devices running on TTN and i have an Cayenne integration running for all of them.
Three of those device are working fine but one of them is not displaying any data on my dashboard.

I have read here on the forum that some people had the same issue and that it worked after they deleted the divce both on TTN and Cayenne and re added it. Unfortunatly this didnt work for me.

Is there any way of troubleshooting this issue?

can you PM me your DevEUI, so i can check whether we are receiving data for your device.
which device is it and are you able to see data on the TTN console?
