[Fixed] Android app not reporting Pi is offline

Samsung G5 Android 5.1.1, RPi B Jessie

The RPi falls off the network periodically (so far twice in 24 hours or so)…not sure why. The issue is that the web client correctly reports “Offline” with a yellow bar, but the Android is mum…saying only “Connected to remote device.” Only by trying to reboot doing nothing (or noticing that the “live” graph is empty) can I tell that all is not well. Also, a trigger to text me when the Pi goes offline has never fired.

Thanks @apophene. You are right, we do have a UI element to add for Offline. We will investigate the rest. I will log items for these so that we look at them.
