Dear Cayenne community,
I have a problem with my dashboard, I add a device ( LoRa using Actility ).
After I get a error I can’t open or delete this device.
I have include a screenshot so you can have better point of view…
Usually when this happens it goes away with a hard refresh and cache clear…If the problem still persists, I might need you to send me your account credentials privately so that I can get a closer look.

We will begin working on a fix to prevent this from happening in the future. For now, we have reset your account to it’s default state. Please login again and try adding the device.
