hello. I have a problem for some time. my rasbian pi is always offline in cyenne. sometimes it is online but not reliable. via my android device it reports the error can not connect to remote device. I need this program for my house heating. what can be the cause.
Unfortunately there are some issues with online/offline detection at the moment. They are being worked on and should be fixed shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience, and hopefully it isn’t too cold where you’re at yet!
Thanks for your fast answer. now i am located in germany and its starting to get realy cold. hope you will fix the on off problem soon. i have observed that it always turns off over night.
