TRigger not working in android and ios for PI3

Hello i have set trigger through IOS and android devic thorugh cayenne app and observed that the trigger are not working ,my condition that is if Rasberrypie cpu >54%then DIO 1 off
If <54% then Dio1 on

What are your observations? The triggers do not work at all?

We recently had trigger issues and are mostly resolved do you think you can try again?
