Unable to login using iOS Cayenne App (2nd Factor missing?)

  • Device & model you are using (Ex: Pi 2 Model B or Arduino Uno with W5100 ethernet shield)
    Apple iPhone X and Apple IPad , both iOS 12.1.2, Cayenne App freshly installed

  • What dashboard are you using? (Web, iOS, Android)
    Web Access is fine

  • Please describe the bug / issue as detailed as possible. Attaching the code and any relevant screenshots would be very helpful!
    unable to login into iOS Cayenne app with userid/password, in Web im asked for 2ndFactor, Cayenne App on IOS gives error “Unable to log in Error: Please make sure your email and password are correct and try again” without prompting me for google authentificator as 2nd factor.

Same issue for me. No 2nd factor requested. Logon failed on ios or Android app.
