Widgets not populating

Hi, I am trying to pass data from TTN to Cayenne but it doesn’t seem to arrive. The widgets are unpopulated and there is no data in the live data tab.

TNN shows the webhook as healthy with data being forwarded every 20 minutes.
I believe I have TTN set up correctly, it’s just that I can not find the data on cayenne.

Could someone check if the data is being received please?

Solved: The payload formatters in the left pane<uplink: had to be set to “Use device repository formatters” AND when clicking on device there is also a payload formatter tab that must also be set to “Use device repository formatters”
