GPS data missing

good evening to all

i am sending Lora data (non-gps) from semtech IOT sever to cayenne without any problem from a Multitech mDotbox.
when i try to send GPS data from semtech to cayenne i see no data. GPS payload reaches semtech cloud but i cant see anything on Cayenne.
