Notifications are not working

I have several triggers setup and however the notifications are no longer working. If I change the email address or the phone number they start working again. It would appear that my original email address and phone number are blocked in your system. What is the process to have them unblocked? Also what are the limits to a notification that would cause the notification address to get blocked?

Thanks for the limits however that only addresses one portion of the issue. How do I get the addresses that are currently blocked removed from your blocked list?

sorry, but you cannot unblock the email address and mobile number. You can try again after a week and see if they are unblocked.

It’s been over two weeks. Please investigate why I am not able to send notifications to my addresses.
