Rpi 3 / IOS. (Still using webiopi old “manual” version Rpi3)
Is it really necessary to do a complete reboot the RPi for each “slider change” in “settings”…?

The last I heard those sliders do not actually work, but yes it is necessary to reboot for any of those changes. You will also have to reboot for those changes if you make them in raspi-config. Maybe the dashboard can be changed to handle it a bit better and allow for multiple changes instead of rebooting after each one?
